Information we collect
- Account details (PSC Practice and LMS): when you sign in, for example with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo. We use them to create your account and show your progress.
- Learning activity: the exams you attempt, your answers, scores, progress and points, so that we can show your results, reports and leaderboards.
- Comments: on the blog, the name, email address and comment text you enter, plus your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. Your email address is never shown publicly.
- Messages: if you email us or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the details you choose to share.
- Usage data: like most websites, anonymous information such as pages visited, device type, browser and approximate location, collected through server logs and analytics tools.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how our sites are used. We keep account and learning data while your account is active, so that your progress is not lost. Comments stay until they are removed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Children’s information
Our content is educational and may be used by students under 18. Students under 18 should use our sign-in features with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us without permission, please contact us and we will remove it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to close your account, by contacting us. We will reply within a reasonable time.
